Employer Services

Employment Services of Weld County is a workforce center offering a comprehensive package of services tailored to give you the edge in today's competitive economy. An Employer Relations Specialist will assist you in customizing our services to fit your workforce needs.

If you are flooded with unwanted applications from unqualified applicants or having difficulties filling certain positions, Employment Services of Weld County can help with your staffing needs. Save time and money by letting our experienced employer relations specialists recruit, screen, and refer qualified applicants. We are prepared for mass client application and resume submittal and have facilities for mass interviewing.

The heart of the labor exchange is the job-matching system. This system maintains a file of registered applicants, which includes information on skills, work history, and the educational status of each applicant. When you list a job opening, staff will search our database locally and statewide, depending on your need. In addition to the job match, your position is posted on our Job Board for walk-in clients, as well as listed on our Job Line.

We recruit locally and statewide by newspaper and through the interstate Job Bank System. In addition, our job postings are connected to the national employment network through America's Job Bank. For more information:

In addition, take advantage of the many incentives that can save you money. Tax credits, training/education assistance, on-the-job training and subsidized wage opportunities vary among targeted groups.
