Youth Limited Internships
Select from eligible applicants who are referred for a training program in your business with no obligation to hire. Training time may be up to 40 hours per week, with a total maximum of 250 hours.
No wages or worker's compensation costs are incurred since wages, etc. are covered by Employment Services of Weld County. Creative program combinations may be available and designed to meet your specific needs and interests.
Participation in these programs will benefit you by reducing your labor costs and training expenses while bringing potential employees up to the desired level of proficiency.
